Bonafide, a health and wellness brand focused on empowering women through naturally derived supplements, aimed to significantly reduce subscription churn without sacrificing customer autonomy. Facing high support ticket volume and premature cancellations due to limited self-management tools, Bonafide needed an intuitive, branded subscription management experience. Myntr partnered closely with Bonafide’s retention team to design and develop a custom subscription interface powered by Ordergroove, strategically embedding behavioral retention tactics.

RESULTS

Following the site relaunch, Bonafide saw strong gains across multiple stages of the conversion funnel:

  • Checkout completion rate rose, with fewer drop-offs and a smoother overall flow

Challenge

Bonafide unveiled a refreshed visual identity across brand, packaging, and content, and needed that same modern aesthetic reflected across their digital storefront.

But this wasn’t just a visual update. Bonafide also wanted to improve commerce-driving functionality by introducing Gift With Purchase offers to boost AOV and power seasonal campaigns, all without relying on future developer involvement.

Approach

We collaborated closely with Bonafide’s internal design team to bring their vision to life across all major templates, and layered in powerful promotional logic beneath the surface.

CORE PRIORITIES INCLUDED:

  • A full frontend rebuild of the homepage, PDPs, and resource center using Shopify 2.0 section logic
  • Seamless GWP integration that enabled customers to select their free gift directly in the cart
  • Building in content flexibility, enabling the marketing team to swap out GWP logic or content modules without dev work
  • Ensuring smooth migration with zero downtime or breakage during rollout
